COMPENSATION PACKAGE

SCENARIO: If you (AI Stakeholder) sell five (5) accounts per week, each generating $100 in monthly recurring revenue, and you recruit ten (10) sub-affiliates (AI Leaders) who each sell five (5) accounts per month, and their ten (10) sub-affiliates (AI Partners) do the same, you will earn commissions and stock as follows:

Monthly Commissions After:

12 Months: $7,900

24 Months: $14,800

36 Months: $21,700

Commission Structure:

AI Stakeholder: 20%

AI Leader: 5%

AI Partner: 2.5%

VESTED STOCK OPTIONS

For each dollar of sales generated by you (AI Stakeholder), AI Leaders, and AI Partners (collectively, your affiliates), you will receive one share of stock after the customer has paid for services for one year, regardless of which affiliate made the sale.

Our goal is to either be acquired or go public within the next 3 to 5 years. As of October 9, 2024, NVIDIA is trading at a price-to-sales multiple of 33, and The Trade Desk at 26 times. Using a more conservative price-to-sales multiple of 10 in the scenario outlined above, you and your affiliates collectively would have generated $4,752,000 in monthly recurring revenue.

At a 10 multiple of sales, your equity would be: $1,789,009
