COMPENSATION PACKAGE
SCENARIO: As an AI Leader, if you sell 5 accounts per week, each generating $100 in monthly recurring revenue, and you recruit 10 sub-affiliates (Level 1) who each sell 5 accounts per month, with their 10 sub-affiliates (Level 2) doing the same, you will earn commissions and stock, as outlined in the charts below.
COMMISSIONS
Monthly Commissions After:
12 Months: $7,900
24 Months: $14,800
36 Months: $21,700
Commission Structure:
AI Leader: 20%
Sub-Affiliate (Level 1): 5%
Sub-Affiliate (Level 2): 2.5%
VESTED STOCK OPTIONS
For each dollar of sales generated by you, the AI Leaders, and your level 1 and level 2 sub-affiliates, you will receive one share of stock after the customer has paid for services for one year.
In the scenario outlined above, you and your affiliates would collectively generate $4,752,000 in annual recurring revenue and accumulate 4,752,000 shares after each customer has paid for three years of service. If the company is valued at 10 times sales, your stock could be worth approximately $1,789,009.
Our goal is to either be acquired or go public within the next 3 to 5 years. As of October 9, 2024, NVIDIA is trading at a price-to-sales multiple of 33, and The Trade Desk at 26 times. Using a more conservative price-to-sales multiple of 10 in the scenario outlined above, you and your affiliates collectively would have generated $4,752,000 in monthly recurring revenue.
