Jay Lacny

Co-Founder

Jay leads innovation and strategy at QSR AI identifying market opportunities and distribution channels.

Past Accomplishments

Mr. Lacny co-founded Simply Stocks which provided financial information on over 10,000 publicly traded companies and the data was sold to Wall Street firms.

Clients included Michael Dell, JP Morgan, Banc of America Securities, and many other flagship firms. At the time of acquisition the company had approximately 400 employees and has since been expanded to 4,000 by McGraw Hill. Along with his wife and partner, they founded an Internet dial-up provider that was sold to a publicly-traded company in a multi-million dollar transaction.

Mr. Lacny also founded MyKidisSafe and was the first to file a patent to block texting while driving. The mobile application developed in conjunction with Microsoft also included: scanning pictures for nudity (sexting), scanning texts for 1,500 objectionable words, restricting phone use while driving without a headset, monitoring driving speed, monitoring of cyberbullying, blocking outbound calls until a parent is called back and restricting phone use while at school and not on breaks.

Co-Founder Voice Operations

At QSR AI, I spearhead a team of Voice Over Artists, ensuring that our scripts, pacing, and intonation effectively connect with our customers. The speed of speech, whether too swift or too leisurely, can significantly influence customer perception. Additionally, the nuances of intonation play a crucial role in the upselling conversion, and we carefully choose synonyms like Soda or Pop based on the target audience. At QSR AI, our commitment to meticulous attention to these details translates into an unmatched customer experience.

Over the past 35 years, Jay and I have delved into diverse entrepreneurial endeavors, ranging from real estate acquisition in our early 20s, to bootstrapping an ISP in 1994 with a multi-million dollar exit. We founded a financial service company providing data to many well-known Wall Street firms, with two billionaires among our clients, and ventured into the development of mobile apps for teenagers, among other pursuits. This rich tapestry of experiences uniquely positions us to embark on our latest venture—integrating Humans with AI through our innovative “Human in the Loop” ensuring unparalleled accuracy making us the leader in AI Voice Technology.

Professor Segedinac is a university professor lecturing & holding practical classes on artificial intelligence, web applications advanced web technologies, knowledge-based systems, and semantic web.

 

Professor Goran Savić, PhD

Director of Machine Learning

Professor Savić is a university professor, published author, and senior software engineer. He has 10+ years of experience in building machine learning & enterprise information systems. Professor Savić has led all phases of the software development life cycle including business analysis, project management, architecture design, programming, and deployment.

Arun Kumar

Director of Operations

George directs our AI… operations servicing the U.S, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zeland. He has a bachelor’s degree in information technology and a master’s degree in industrial engineering.

Balaji Mathavamoorthy

Director of Configuration

Balaji leads a team of configuration experts which requires a high degree of intellect and attention to detail because there are hundreds of thousands of permutations when configuring QSR AI’s custom built conversational AI platform.
His bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering proves invaluable when navigating the myriad of nuances that arise during a conversation.
